Duties and Responsibilities
* Administration and support for all business operations
* Ensure outstanding customer service is always delivered
* Perform general administration duties
* Answer incoming calls
* Meet and greet students effectively to fulfill their requirements
* Monitoring student progress
* Data entry and reporting
Desirable
* High level of experience in customer service
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in student management software
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Self-motivated & results driven
* Intermediate PC skills & be conversant with Microsoft Office Suite including excel
* skills and experience in operating information systems
* Other duties as required
* Prior experience in a CRICOS RTO an advantage
* Neat personal appearance
