About the business/role/team
You'll be joining a multi‑stream enterprise Cyber Security Program focused on uplifting the Bank's security posture, protecting customer data, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory standards.
As the Senior Change Analyst, you will report to the Change Manager and work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Project Managers, Cyber Security SMEs, other Change professionals as well as impacted business units end people across the Bank. The team sits within the broader Portfolio Delivery function and partners with the Cyber Security team responsible for driving secure, sustainable change across critical Cyber Security related technology platforms and processes.
Your work will directly support a coordinated change approach across multiple concurrent streams, ensuring alignment, readiness, and adoption across a wide range of stakeholders.
About the role
* Deliver change analysis across several Cyber Security initiatives, ensuring impacts are understood, documented, socialised, and managed.
* Develop change artefacts including impact assessments, stakeholder assessments, change plans, communications, and training materials.
* Partner with project teams and business stakeholders to embed process, behavioural, and technology changes across diverse operational teams.
* Support change governance activities, including status reporting, risk/issue management, and program‑wide change integration.
* Monitor readiness, adoption, and feedback loops to ensure the program's outcomes are achieved
* Use Jira and Confluence to track change activities, manage dependencies, and ensure transparency across all Cyber Security program streams.
About you
* Demonstrated experience in managing end to end change ad delivery
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business impacts.
* Ability to manage stakeholder engagement, with confidence navigating senior leaders, SMEs, and operational teams.
* Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to develop clear, audience‑appropriate materials.
* A proactive mindset, able to operate across multiple streams, manage competing priorities, and work autonomously.
* Demonstrated skills in Jira and Confluence
