Job Opportunity:
This role focuses on maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents at a residential care facility.
* Evaluate the cleanliness standards across the entire facility to ensure they meet expectations.
* Implement effective hygiene and infection control measures to minimize health risks.
* Offer support to residents as needed, prioritizing their dignity and privacy.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily activities and resident interactions.
* Contribute to a positive team culture by fostering open communication and cooperation among colleagues.
About You:
* Experience in Residential Care Services is preferred but not essential.
* A current NDIS Workers Screening Check would be an advantage.
* A valid NSW driver's licence is desirable but not mandatory.
