**About The Role:**
The purpose of this role is to provide high-level administration support services to all site-based employees, visitors, and management to ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks;
- Work closely with managers to ensure hours and records are kept up to date;
- Book flights, accommodation, and manage rosters;
- Raise purchase requisitions as required;
- Maintain client files;
- Assist in mobilising and demobilising personnel;
- Compile statistical reports for management;
- Ensure site rosters and schedules are up to date;
**Key Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a similar role;
- INX Inflight System experience highly advantageous;
- Pronto experience preferred;
- Excellent written and communication skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong business relationships (both internal and external);
- Highly organised with the ability to be flexible in managing competing deadlines;
- Excellent computer skills (including Word and Excel);
- Demonstrated ability to enter data in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner;
- Excellent self-management, a good work ethic, and the ability to work to deadlines;
- The ability to work in a team environment without supervision.
