Duties
* Set up and operate rubber press machines in line with production schedules and job specifications
* Load rubber compounds and moulds correctly, ensuring accurate placement prior to each cycle
* Monitor press temperatures, pressures, and cycle times to ensure consistent product quality
* Inspect finished rubber components for defects and compliance with quality standards
* Trim excess rubber and complete basic finishing tasks as required
* Perform routine machine cleaning, checks, and minor adjustments to support safe operations
Requirements
* Experience in Manufacturing/Production environments.
* Experience in Plastics and Rubber manufacturing is advantageous
* Experience in operating Press Machines, Injection Moulders is advantageous
* Comfortable working around industrial ovens/heat (+30°C)
* Physically fit
* Impeccable timekeeping – Punctuality, reliability and attendance
