Our client is a highly regarded and respected legal practice committed to providing exceptional service and legal expertise. They are currently seeking a full-time, highly organised and proactive Legal Secretary to join their busy team in their Subiaco office.
Responsibilities
* Prepare legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency.
* Provide administrative support to solicitors with a focus on family law (preferred).
* Manage diaries, appointments and legal calendars for multiple practitioners.
* Assist with occasional transcription and reception relief duties.
* Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date and compliant.
* Liaise with clients and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Secretary (family law preferred).
* Strong clerical and document management skills.
* Proficient in diary management and time coordination.
* High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a legal setting.
* Friendly, professional communication style with a can‐do attitude.

Salary Max: A$ 97,500
