Service Manager Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Service Manager to lead and motivate a team across multiple sites in WA. This onsite opportunity will see the successful candidate achieving KPI's and creating a culture of inclusion.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team to achieve KPI's and create a culture of inclusion.
* Strong leadership or customer service background required.
* Highly energetic and driven, with initiative to work autonomously and build strategies that work.
* Ability to learn guidelines in a highly supportive environment.
* Proven team management skills and ability to create a strong value-driven culture from a leader.
* Ensure team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met and exceeded.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in managing teams and/or multiple sites.
* Ability to recruit staff, train staff, and team performance management.
* Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
* Interpersonal skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication.
* Ability to use computer programs in an office environment.
* Hold and maintain a current Australian Driver's License and vehicle.
