Support Young Children and Families as an Early Childhood Coordinator

You will be part of a diverse transdisciplinary team of allied health and early childhood professionals located in one of our offices in Wangaratta, Wodonga or Benalla.
About the Role
As an Early Childhood Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
* Implementing the NDIS Early Childhood Approach to support children with developmental delay or disability and their families/carers.
* Providing information and linkages to mainstream and community supports, early connections and early supports, and assisting families to request access to the NDIS where appropriate.
* Supporting families to gather information for the development of their NDIS plan and supporting implementation of this plan.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in Allied Health such as Occupational therapy, Speech pathology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Social work or Early Childhood Education/teaching.
* AHPRA registration or equivalent professional membership/registration.
* A current Victorian Drivers Licence.
* A current Working with Children Check (Employee) or VIT Registration.
* An NDIS Workers Screening Check.
