As Restaurant Supervisor you will be responsible for the following
Leading the charge for our new Friday & Saturday Night dinners
Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
Managing a team of passionate, dedicate staff
Ensuring agreed KPI'S are met, including COGs and wages
Serving phenomenal food and coffee to customers
Scheduling and rostering staff
Management of the operations and staff
Responsible for customer service, product quality, stock ordering and rotation.
Ideally you will have had management experience in hospitality.
Role does require availability on the weekends & public holidays

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Werribee, VIC 3030: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Food Service Managers: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- RSA (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
