About the Role
As National Business Manager, you will own and scale our Independent Grocery, eCommerce & Accelerator Channels. You will drive strategy, influence at senior levels, and make a real mark in the dynamic FMCG workplace.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute winning channel strategies across Independents (Metcash & MSO's), eCommerce (Amazon), and Accelerator (DIY, pharmacy, Mass & Discounters) customer channels.
* Build and deliver Joint Business Plans and customer sales strategy that exceed customer and commercial KPIs.
* Own performance across sales, profitability, and market share; lead best‐in‐class account management and customer engagement.
* Partner with category teams to deliver insight‐led growth strategies.
* Drive flawless execution across promotions, range reviews, and in‐store activation.
* Lead, develop and coach a high‐performing, engaged team.
* Play a key role in the Sales Leadership Team, shaping broader capability and direction.
Qualifications
* 8+ years FMCG experience in account management, having previously managed eCommerce and Metcash/Independent accounts at a senior level.
* Degree qualified in business, finance or a related field.
* Proven success leading high‐value customer portfolios and negotiations.
* Experience in driving sales growth in the e‐comm channel.
* Excellent networking and relationship skills with internal and external stakeholders.
* Goal‐driven with a desire to deliver extraordinary results regardless of challenges.
* Track record in field sales team and key account management.
* Demonstrated people leadership and talent development.
* Commercially astute with a data‐driven mindset.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Candidate Requirements
* Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents, able to work from Lane Cove at least three days per week.

Working Conditions
Full‐time permanent position with Head Office at Lane Cove, NSW and flexible working. Moderate interstate travel, approximately once per month.
