Scope Electrical Contracting has a Part Time Administration position available of up to 20 hours per week. Tasks include but not limited to:
* Accounts Receivable and Payable
* Monthly progress claiming and invoicing as directed
* Monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and statements
* Payroll coverage during periods of leave
* Assist with coordination of new employee onboarding, management of training and licence compliance, assistance with coordination and follow up of apprentice training
* Project administration support as requested
* General admin support and office duties - emails, phone calls, filing, scanning, manual preparation, asset management, archiving, office supplies management, mail/freight etc

* Trustworthiness and ability to sensitively manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
* Motivation to continually adhere to and improve upon processes and systems in the business
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
* Proactive, reliable and positive attitude
* MYOB experience essential
* Experience with Simpro strongly desired
* Proficiency in Microsoft suite - Word, Excel, Outlook
* Comfortable working independently in a small team environment
