About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Territory Sales Manager position. As the trusted advisor and key point of contact for livestock clients, you will work closely with local producers and the wider branch team to support on-farm success through expert guidance on livestock sales, general merchandise, nutrition and supplement products, and animal health solutions.
* Develop and maintain strong, service-based relationships with livestock clients
* Coordinate and conduct on-farm livestock assessments and prepare sale listings
* Facilitate livestock sales through auctions, paddock sales, feedlot programs, or online platforms
* Provide accurate market insights and price expectations to clients
* Identify cross-selling opportunities across agency, finance, insurance, and retail
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in livestock handling (e.g. station/ feedlot work) or sales processing
* Excellent communication, negotiation and client service skills
* The ability to assess livestock condition and value with accuracy
* A current driver's licence and selling license (or willingness to obtain one)
* A genuine passion for rural communities and the agriculture industry
