The ideal candidate is passionate about energy storage and clean energy solutions and will work with high-level technologies in a global, customer-driven organization. The role involves supporting customers by enhancing the technical and operational performance of company products. Candidates should have familiarity with energy storage systems or experience in related electrical fields, with a deep understanding of electrical hardware and electronics. Training in battery energy storage will be provided for remote customer support.Main responsibilities include:Monitoring all energy storage sites worldwideProviding remote technical support to customers, field service, and commissioning personnelUtilizing proprietary software for system evaluation and troubleshootingCoordinating system updates with software teams and customersResponding to support requests via helpdeskDocumenting all customer requests and repairsUpdating customers on repair status, warranty claims, and software updatesProviding energy storage training to customers and colleaguesCoordinating service visits and warranty claims with the lifecycle management teamConducting periodic field visits to resolve critical issuesGenerating monthly reports for assigned projectsParticipating in a 24/7 on-call rotationIdeal candidates will have:A Bachelor’s Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field, orAt least 5 years of experience with electrical hardware or electronicsExcellent communication and documentation skillsWillingness to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 10-40%)Experience managing customer relationships across multiple projectsPreferred qualifications include:Experience with lithium-ion battery chemistriesExperience with grid-scale renewable energy systemsFamiliarity with Programmable Logic Control (PLC) programming, industrial cooling systems, and an Australian Electrical license are considered advantages.Why join us?We have an incredible team with a clear purpose dedicated to sustainable technology.
