Role Overview
The Wardsperson plays a vital role within a multidisciplinary team environment. This diverse position focuses on the patient journey throughout the hospital, emphasizing the movement of patients between wards and departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with patient care and complete general hospital tasks.
* Communicate regularly with all members of the multidisciplinary team and comply with reasonable instructions, policies, and procedures related to work health and safety.
The incumbent of this position will be required to meet the physical and psychological demands outlined in the Job Demands Checklist.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have the following essential requirements:
* Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role.
* Valid NSW Driver's License.
