Childcare Educator Needed in Goonellabah
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced childcare educator to support a lovely single-parent family in Goonellabah. The position involves providing care for an almost 3-year-old boy.
As part of the role, you will be required to pick the child up from daycare during weekdays, so a reliable car and driver's license are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking up the child from daycare on weekdays
Providing care and supervision for the child during the designated hours
Engaging the child in age-appropriate activities and routines
Fortnightly Roster (Times May Vary Based on Parent's Shifts):
Week 1:
Wednesday to Friday: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Saturday: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM / 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM (times may change depending on the parent's shifts)
Sunday: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Week 2:
Wednesday to Thursday: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Hourly rate:
$40.00 per hour

Prerequisites:
Please ensure you have all the following prerequisites before applying:
* Certificate III in Children's Services (ACECQA approved)
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (in a childcare setting)
* WWCC (Working With Children Check)
* Police Clearance (less than 6 months old)
* Public Liability Insurance (once successfully placed)
* Medical Clearance
* Child Protection Certificate (refresher required every 2 years)
* ABN (this role is for a self-employed contractor)
* Photo ID
* PRODA RA (the office will assist you with this)
* Must be over 18 years of age
* Reliable car and driver's license
