About the Role
We're looking for compassionate and committed Care/Support Workers to join our North Coast team in Grafton | Glenugie and surrounds.
You'll support people to live safely and independently in their homes, offering help that makes a real difference. You'll also enjoy variety, flexible hours and meaningful work close to home.
What You'll Be Doing
* Personal care (showering, dressing, toileting)
* Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep)
* Transport to appointments or social outings
* Companionship and emotional support
* Supporting people with complex needs (Autism, Bipolar, BPD, physical disabilities)
Who We're Looking For
You are:
* Compassionate, reliable and proactive
* A great communicator and active listener
* Someone who takes initiative and works well independently
* Comfortable travelling to multiple client homes in the region
Essential Requirements
* Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or a related field
* Working With Children Check
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* Valid Australian driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
* COVID-19 vaccination (as required by health regulations)
* Australian work rights
