* Primary Relationship Manager for high-value, complex, and high-risk business customers, ensuring long-term success through partnership development.
* Representing the organization in negotiations, navigating challenging discussions with professionalism and strategic insight.
* Maintaining customer compliance with contractual obligations under the Customer Contract and any additional agreements, ensuring accountability and adherence to regulations.
* Assessing, implementing, and monitoring high-risk trade waste discharge approvals, using business tools to track and maintain customer compliance.
* Conducting thorough investigations into trade waste incidents, reporting findings and working with customers to resolve issues and reduce risks to the sewer network.
