Highly regarded Gold Coast law firm located at Southport is seeking a legal accounts clerk to join their team.

Working as part of a busy legal accounts team of 3, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected law firm of 60 staff, offering a collaborative environment and varied responsibilities.


About the Role

Reporting to the Accounts Manager, your responsibilities will include:

* Accounts payable and receivable
* Trust receipts and trust transfers
* Bank and trust account reconciliations
* Processing client bills
* General accounting and administrative duties


About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Min 1-3 years' experience in an accounts clerk role (legal industry experience highly regarded)
* Trust account experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* A proactive and team-oriented approach
