Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to drive our fundraising and marketing efforts, helping us grow our impact in the community. In this part-time role, you will work closely with our leadership team to identify and secure new revenue streams, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and enhance community engagement and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver fundraising strategies and campaigns, including events, online giving, and corporate/community partnerships
* Write and submit grant and tender applications in collaboration with our CEO
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with donors, sponsors, and supporters
* Manage social media platforms, donor databases, and website content
* Plan and coordinate fundraising events from concept to delivery
* Support community awareness through storytelling, forums, and marketing activities
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated experience in fundraising, marketing, or community engagement
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent writing, storytelling, and content creation abilities
* Experience coordinating events and campaigns
* Confidence managing digital and social media platforms
* An understanding of the not-for-profit and/or community services sector is desirable
* A tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field is desirable
