About You
Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and leadership, ideally in building materials
Proven success in developing high-performing teams and achieving KPIs
Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Passion for customer satisfaction and market leadership
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Existing relationships with residential and commercial builders are a plus
Relevant tertiary qualifications highly regarded
