Role Overview:
This role is both challenging and exciting for an individual who values personal growth in their career. We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking individual who is interested in contributing to the construction and delivery of new and exciting projects through well presented and timely completion of estimates for our clients. You are customer focused with excellent communication skills, strong IT skills and an understanding of construction activity to support your estimation tasks. You will be a natural problem solver with great time management and negotiation skills to ensure we continuously estimate both time and materials accurately.
Key Selection Criteria/Competencies include:
* Estimating Experience:Demonstrated experience in estimating within the Electrical construction industry
* Information Technology Skills: Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Business Central, Groundplan or other Estimating software.
* Contract Administration:Demonstrated experience in Contract Management
* Influencing Skills:Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and variations
* Organisational and Time Management Skills:Ability to prioritise and manage a number of tasks and responsibilities and remain calm and focused in busy times
* Customer Service:Demonstrated customer service with a passion for nurturing customer relationships, taking pride in your work and delivering great outcomes for our customers
* Teamwork:Ability and desire to work as part of a team making a valued contribution to a positive and successful team culture
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Demonstrated ability to listen, articulate clearly and engage with customers and colleagues in accordance with the company's values
* Flexibility:Demonstrates adaptability to change and willingness to learn, a passion for taking on new challenges and contributing to and implementing new ideas.

Qualifications, Licences and Certificates:
* Driver's Licence: Hold and maintain a Victorian Driver's Licence (essential)
* Certificate or Diploma in Project Management (desirable)
* General Construction Induction Card (White Card) (essential)
