YOUR NEW ROLE
You willjoin the heart of the business, in their buzzing Barangaroo office.
Some key responsibilities will include:
Being afirst point of contact for members, across inbound; outbound; live-chat; email;and social media communications
Troubleshoot,educate and resolve all queries for members in a positive and knowledgeablemanner
Worktowards contact centre KPI's to ensure achievement of organisational andindividual goals
Comply willall associated risk and regulatory policies to ensure the safety of thecustomers and the bank
Monday toFriday, anytime from 8am to 7pm rotating roster
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Previouscontact centre or customer service experience
Exceptionalspoken communication skills
Outstandingcommunication with a 'member first' approach
Studyingfinance, business, economics, or an associated degree is preferred
