We are a well-established Toowoomba law firm seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Legal Secretaries. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced solicitors in a practical and dynamic environment. 
About the Role 
- Provide administrative support to solicitors across a range of matters 
- File management (both digital and physical) 
- Client communication and diary management 
- Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence 
- Liaising with courts and government agencies 
About You 
- Experience as a legal secretary 
- Strong attention to detail and a skilled manner 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
- Confident in using Microsoft Office and legal practice software 
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a team 
- A proactive and positive attitude
