Leadership Role in Music Education
This is a highly respected leadership position responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of music teachers to deliver high-quality NESA Music courses. The successful candidate will be able to develop, implement and evaluate effective teaching programs based on applicable NESA syllabi.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to orchestrate engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all students, provide constructive feedback and strive for academic excellence. In addition to their core responsibilities, they will be expected to participate in college events, contribute to student wellbeing programs and attend assemblies and chapel services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead a team of music teachers to achieve outstanding results in NESA Music courses.
* Plan, implement and evaluate effective teaching programs aligned with NESA syllabi.
* Ensure high-quality learning experiences for all students through expert lesson planning and delivery.
* Provide regular, constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and enhance music education outcomes.
* Participate in college-wide initiatives to promote student wellbeing and engagement.
* Attend assemblies, chapel services and other college events as required.
