Business Development Manager - Heavy Lifting & Rigging Expert
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of business growth, identifying opportunities and converting leads within a defined market.
You will work closely with the sales team to develop a strong sales pipeline, ensuring achievement of targets. Your proactive approach will enable you to build meaningful relationships with existing and potential customers, delivering specialized rigging equipment that meets their needs.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at Bullivants Kalgoorlie, with the requirement to travel across designated territories. You will have access to tools of the trade, including a vehicle, and enjoy long and short-term incentives.
The ideal candidate will possess previous BDM or sales experience, preferably in mining or heavy machinery, and have a preferred experience in lifting and rigging markets. They should also have a proactive and ambitious mindset, ability to foster meaningful relationships, and high-level written and verbal communication skills.
