Position Summary
* Provide oversight and industry expertise to the program end to end working with client and Cognizant streams of work
* Has a clear understanding of the project goals and broader vision of the project
* Work very closely with the Client Tech team, IT and other vendor teams to successfully drive the project
* Manage all aspects of the end-to-end Program life cycle from business and technical standpoint
* Work closely and drive the other teams like testing team, infrastructure and the overall IT team
* A strong understanding of Commercial Insurance and strong knowledge and experience specifically on Product and Policy
* Drive cross dependencies from a business perspective
* Should be a strong person to establish control and drive the program in a multi-vendor environment situation
* Strong interpersonal and articulation skills and should be proactive in looking ahead for issues & risks
Mandatory Skills
* GW APD, Insurance & Guidewire PolicyCenter,Guidewire Billing Center.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Should have handsome experience in Guidewire (any suite).
* Study the business requirements provided in the functional specification documents or other requirements artifacts and identify the optimal solution for implementation.
* Analyze the requirements for implementing them using Guidewire either by using Out-of-the-Box solutions in Guidewire platform or providing custom solutions.
* Estimate the integration development effort and conduct a peer review on the integration estimates from other team members.
* Prepare the technical documentation for code and design changes, completing Guidewire integration changes.
* Build, unit test the integration changes.
* Co-ordinate and perform integration testing with QA and other dependent teams.
* Document the design documents.
* Share technical inputs on the dependencies with other integration work streams.
Qualifications & Certifications (Optional)
* BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering
* Certification - Professional Policy Centre - Mammoth (ACE)
Salary Range: >$100,000
