About your role: * The role will have a focus on the medical wards, including Medical Assessment Unit, General Medical Ward, Cardiac Services and Respiratory Renal Ward as operationally required. * Apply professional judgement to a complex caseload, adapting routine clinical practice based on valid and reliable evidence. * Provide general clinical advice to professional and operational supervisors, relevant service managers and other stakeholders regarding clinical pharmacy services delivery.
