**Responsibilities**:
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop new prospect leads and account relationships to meet sales goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients and effectively negotiate and close deals.
- Devise and manage effective sales and marketing plans for targeted services, solutions, and segments.
- Manage and build strong relationships with banks, merchants, and business partners.
- Keep up with payment industry trends, product offerings, and best practices in the market.
- Work closely with senior sales management and overseas team members in new programs and initiatives.
- Support other related duties assigned as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related discipline.
- At least 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales in payment, banking, eComm, or IT solutions.
- General knowledge of financial or payment services and technologies is an advantage.
- Good network and connections in the merchants, eCommerce, or payment/banking sectors.
- Strong B2B consultative drive, able to drive revenue and client growth, and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Strong business acumen and innovation with a passion for success in the digital or fintech industry.
- Able to understand business requirements and formulate service solutions to address client needs.
- Excellent oral and written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Resident with valid working permit.
