Mission to Sea Farers Bunbury – Bunbury WA
Provide a pastorally caring environment for seafarers; greet seafarers as they arrive; exchange money as needed; operate cash register; stock shelves and fridge as needed; monitor free tea and coffee station and replace stock as needed; keep the centre clean by washing the dishes as needed. Additional on the last shift of the day. Make sure the doors are locked, money is counted, check safe and office locked and secured; fill out volunteer logbook.

Time Required
Volunteers are asked to begin their shift 30 minutes prior to opening and to finish once they have completed their duties. We run two shifts a day 1pm-5pm and 5pm-9pm and would only ask a volunteer to do one shift a week.
Training
A buddy shift system where new volunteers are placed with experienced volunteers.
