Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain facility infrastructure systems and equipment efficiently.
Effect day-to-day operation and maintenance of allocated facility infrastructure equipment and systems.
Respond rapidly to abnormal facility operational situations emergencies including equipment repair when necessary.
Liaise communicate with peers ensuring best-practice standardization coverage continuous individual team improvement.
Update technical drawings panel schedules equipment operating procedures.
Develop a complete current understanding of all relevant facilities infrastructure equipment and systems.
Install new electrical equipment infrastructure as requested.
Essential Qualifications:
Hold maintain an Australian A Grade Electrical License or US State Journeyman's License.
Desirable Qualifications:
Strong WHS Act EHS policies procedures understanding.
Demonstrated experience working within Facility Maintenance or similar technical environment.
Strong technical terminology relating to Electrical infrastructure electronic equipment understanding.
Strong facilities equipment functionality understanding.
Strong facilities O&M requirements understanding.
Equipment maintenance requirements preventive predictive corrective understanding.
Understanding 110V power willingness to learn.
Capacity to gain understanding appreciation across other relevant technical areas High Voltage Power Generation.
High level problem-solving decision-making analytical skills.
Enterprise Resource Planning experience SAP Archibus.
Microsoft Office Suite.
Industrial Electrical Power Distribution Understanding.
Experience:
4 years post-trade experience.
Experience diverse range of power distribution equipment highly regarded.
Security Clearance:
Obtain retain appropriate security clearance medical clearance applicable each role.
Other Requirements:
Physical requirements medically fit perform tasks moderate to heavy loads navigate uneven cramped environments.
