Property Developer, specialising in land subdivisions and medium/high density residential projects, are urgently looking for a Project Manager to oversee project delivery, from inception to completion, for both development and construction.
Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, urban planning, or a related field required.
Project Engineer/Junior Project Managers/Development Managers will also be considered.
This role will suit somebody who is looking for long-term growth as well as working on significant projects.
Requirements;
* Strong knowledge of DA processes, design management, and consultant coordination.
* Familiarity with construction practices, including budgeting, procurement, and scheduling.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and drive them through both planning and delivery stages.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
* Development Phase:
* Manage DA submissions, ensuring compliance with planning regulations.
* Review designs, consultant reports, and planning approvals to enhance project outcomes.
* Coordinate with town planners, architects, engineers, and other consultants to drive project progress.
* Oversee feasibility assessments, budgeting, and project scheduling.
* Construction Phase:
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project milestones.
* Management of Payment Schedules & Payment Claims
* Ensure site operations comply with safety and quality standards.
* Assist with tender preparation, contractor selection, and procurement processes.
