Reporting directly to the appropriate manager, some of your responsibilities will include: Creating new files and onboarding new clients Updating existing files for existing clients Ordering searches & preparing contracts Reviewing sale/purchase contracts & responding to contractual enquiries Preparing matters for exchange of contracts and facilitating exchange of contracts process Associated conveyancing tasks as required About You The successful candidate will have: Experience in Conveyancing within NSW Licenced Conveyancer or long-term Conveyancing Assistant What's in it for You?
