**What will you do?**
At Ryman, sales isn't about deals, it's about delighting our prospects. We have a full time Sales Advisor position available working 5 days a week then some weekends for special events to show people through the village, host open days and support our community sponsorships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing yourself at the heart of the local community, building relationships and networks with potential prospects
- Building rapport with our potential residents and understanding their needs
- Helping prospective residents and families, realise Ryman as the best decision
- meeting sales targets for independent and assisted living apartments
- Arranging and coordinating functions and events
- Managing the surrender and refurbishment process

**Who are you?**
- We are looking for a proven talent in community engagement and sales - who will put the best interests of our potential residents, and their families at the heart of all they do.
- You could be a media sales professional looking for a meaningful next step, or you might have a pharmaceutical sales background and be ready to sink your teeth into something new
- You don't need to know all about retirement living - but you must have an affinity with older people
- You will also need be a self-starter, have attention to detail, be able to nurture and track leads and manage paperwork professionally.
- You embrace new technology and are able to use a customer database management system (full training will be provided)
