This role will be largely work from home with regular site visits to offices in Cairns city and airport.Responsibilities include:Project work, onsite support, remote user support, and travel to other locations as required (this could include domestic and international travel)Acting upon incident and requests, providing prompt solution-based supportData entry into ServiceNow for analysis or further escalation if requiredGeneral software and hardware support including (but not limited to) Windows 10, Windows 11, Office 365 Suite, AD, SCCM, Citrix, Basic Networking, Airport Peripherals/Technologies, MDM/IntuneSound like the role for you? You'll need some of the following:Ability to obtain and maintain high level Australian Government security clearancesDemonstrated experience of providing desktop/field services within an enterprise level organisationSound knowledge across technologies including Active Directory, O365, SCCM, Citrix, Windows 10, and Azure Desktop.Experience working with Apple products and / or completed Microsoft or vendor-based courses.Experience in use of ITSM systems (ServiceNow highly desirable)Strong customer service focus and professional communication skillsAustralian drivers’ licence and reliable car (expenses to be claimed)Don’t meet every requirement?
