As Practice Manager, you'll combine leadership with hands-on nursing:
Oversee day-to-day operations (stock control, rostering, client records)
Lead and develop the team to deliver outstanding client experiences
Build a positive, collaborative team culture
Drive business growth through local marketing initiatives
Ensure monthly KPIs are met
Mentor and train nurses while participating in nursing duties About You
Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)
Previous experience in Practice Management or as a Senior Vet Nurse
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent animal handling and knowledge of veterinary nursing procedures
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Business acumen and organisational ability
