Wood is recruiting for a Staffing Coordinator to join its Consulting Staffing Function team in Perth, Australia.
The Role
The Staffing Coordinator supports the optimisation of project resource requirements across the Consulting Business Unit within their region to ensure successful project delivery. Reporting to the Global Staffing Director, the role involves reducing administrative burdens, developing robust forecasts of team utilization, and facilitating internal resource opportunities to meet career aspirations.

Responsibilities
Support demand and capacity forecasting using Staffing Tools
Manage resource mobilisation via RTS process
Provide insights on team billability and internal resource search
Maintain the global CV repository
Promote use of the Global Engineering Centre (GEC)
Build relationships with local leaders
Drive standardization in staffing activities
Escalate issues to the Global Staffing Director
Qualifications
