Key Responsibilities
* As a Psychologist, you will provide psychological assessment, therapeutic interventions and professional services to DCJ client groups.
* You will be part of a multidisciplinary service providing holistic and culturally informed best practice interventions for young people living in Out of Home Care.
Key areas of focus include:
* Delivering trauma-informed care to clients.
* Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology recognised by the Psychology Board of Australia.
* Full registration as a Psychologist or Provisional registration with an ability to fulfil full registration within relevant timeframes.
* Knowledge of therapeutic frameworks for child abuse, neglect and trauma.
