About Ticketebo
Since 2013, Ticketebo has been empowering event organisers across Australia and the UK with fully managed on-site and online ticketing solutions that seamlessly power thousands of events every year. Our small, high‐performing team consistently punches above its weight, and today we are recognised as one of the leading ticketing agencies for mid to large‐scale events.
We are driven by a clear vision to be a world leader in event ticketing and associated services. We are trailblazers who set the standard through innovation, award‐winning service, and a sustainable approach that leads the industry and inspires others. Our mission is simple but powerful: to empower event organisers through smart technology, expert advice, and exceptional customer service, while operating responsibly and creating a positive, lasting impact.
Sustainability is embedded in how we operate. Ticketebo is a Certified B Corp and a Certified Carbon Neutral business. Through our Trees for Change program, every paperless SMS ticket helps fund tree planting and meaningful environmental restoration. We believe great ticketing should be good for business and good for the planet.
As a fast‐growing disruptor in the ticketing industry, we are known for our smart products, transparent low‐cost pricing, and seven‐day expert support. Just as importantly, we are deeply committed to fairness, respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to help shape the next stage of Ticketebo's platform and product ecosystem. You will play a key role in defining, building, and optimising products that power thousands of live events each year across sport, entertainment, agriculture, community and major event sectors.
This is a hands‐on, high‐impact role where you will take ownership of core product areas and lead initiatives from discovery through to delivery and continuous improvement. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, support, and operations to deliver simple, powerful, and scalable solutions that serve both event organisers and patrons.
What You Will Do
* Own the product vision and roadmap across key areas of the Ticketebo platform, including future brand extensions and new product initiatives.
* Deeply understand our customers including event organisers, venues, promoters and attendees.
* Translate customer needs, data insights, and business priorities into clear product strategy.
* Lead discovery, validation, and problem definition through research, interviews and data analysis.
* Write clear product requirements including user stories, acceptance criteria and specifications.
* Prioritise product initiatives based on impact, effort, risk and alignment with business goals.
* Partner with our tech team to deliver high‐quality, scalable products and features.
* Work closely with support, sales and marketing to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
* Use metrics, analytics and feedback loops to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
* Act as a champion for our external customer experience (both organiser and patron) and operational efficiency.
About You
* Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS, platform, fintech, marketplace or ticketing environment.
* A customer‐first mindset with strong empathy for users (Organisers and Patrons) and their workflows.
* The ability to balance commercial outcomes, technical constraints, and great user experience.
* Strong analytical thinking with confidence using data to drive decisions.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to align and influence diverse stakeholders.
* Comfort working in a fast‐paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
* A high level of ownership, curiosity, and accountability.
* Passion for building products that have real‐world impact.
* Experience in event technology, payments, marketplaces or high‐volume transaction platforms will be highly regarded but is not essential.
Why Join Ticketebo
* Work on products that each year power thousands of live events and millions of attendee experiences.
* Join a purpose‐driven, Certified B Corp business that prioritises sustainability and ethical growth.
* Make a tangible environmental impact through our Carbon Neutral certification and Trees for Change program.
* Influence the future direction of a fast growing international ticketing platform.
* Be part of a collaborative, supportive, and high‐performance team culture.
* Enjoy autonomy, trust, and the opportunity to make meaningful product decisions.
* Build products that are good for organisers, patrons, and the planet.
