About the Role

The Property Officer will be responsible for administering Council's landowner/property functions, primarily focusing on commercial property. The role reports to the Commercial Property Coordinator and is part of the Manager Property & Building Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Administer Council's landowner/property functions, with a focus on commercial property.
* Support the Commercial Property Coordinator in achieving business objectives.
* Demonstrate key capabilities as defined in the Key Capabilities Table.

Requirements:

* Nsw Real Estate Certificate (desirable)
* Certificate III Business Administration or equivalent experience.
* Class C Drivers Licence.
