About the Role:
WorkPac is partnering with Golding Contractors to support the commencement of mining operations at the Baralaba Mining Project. We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Truck Operators to join the project team and contribute to safe, productive, and efficient site operations.
This role will suit operators who demonstrate strong safety awareness, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a mining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate haul trucks in accordance with site procedures and safety requirements
* Apply and adhere to site safety systems at all times
* Demonstrate safe, professional, and productive work behaviours
* Follow operational instructions and site policies
* Maintain awareness of surrounding plant, equipment, and personnel
* Contribute to a positive safety culture across the site
Essential Skills, Tickets and Experience:
* Demonstrated ability to comply with site safety systems
* Proven safe and productive operating behaviour
* RII competency training records
* Current Driver's Licence
* Current Standard 11
* Previous mining or civil operating experience highly regarded
