As a vital member of our People & Culture Team, you will play a crucial role in building strong internal and external relationships to ensure best practice talent attraction outcomes.
This is an ideal opportunity for a HR or Psychology Graduate, or perhaps a strong recruitment administrator with future career aspirations.

About You
* 3 years' experience in Recruitment Administrative role or similar;
* Alternatively a HR/Psychology Graduate with career aspirations in Talent Attraction
* Possession of passion about people and recruiting the right person for a role
* A strong team player, you will thrive in a team that is connected and collaboratively
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong computer literacy skills, you are savvy with technology and comfortable with learning new systems
* Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or other related discipline highly desirable
* Previous recruitment experience preferred
