Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ICT Operational Support Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and advice to customers, processing customer requests for new services, procurement, and equipment installation. The primary objectives of this position are to provide technical support and advice for all ICT incidents to CHW customers, provide prompt resolution (or escalation) of ICT customer requests, incidents, or changes, ensuring they are completed within KPI timeframes, assist in maintaining the ICT asset register, and perform other related duties as required.
