The Role

As Reservations Manager, you will oversee and manage all accommodation and touring reservations at Undara. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a guest-focused environment and values being part of a close-knit, remote team.

You will manage bookings across a diverse range of offerings, from budget accommodation to premium, all-inclusive experiences, while delivering consistently high levels of customer service to direct guests, trade partners and group bookings.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and process accommodation and tour reservations accurately and efficiently
* Respond to high volumes of enquiries via phone, email and social media
* Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
* Provide detailed information to guests and process payments
* Confirm, amend and cancel reservations as required
* Coordinate bookings for guests with special needs
* Support promotions and work closely with onsite teams
* Maintain strong attention to detail across all administrative tasks
Skills & Experience
* Experience in reservations, sales or customer service (tourism or hospitality preferred)
* Familiarity with NewBook or RMS (highly regarded)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional phone manner and strong written communication
* Confident working across multiple systems simultaneously
* Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused mindset
* Current Australian driver's licence

Additional Information

This role includes manual handling tasks such as lifting up to 20kg, kneeling, squatting, handling chemicals and operating machinery.

Prior to an offer of employment being made, candidates must provide authority for a Federal Police Clearance.
