As the Events Manager at The Third Day, you will be the driving force behind the creation and execution of high-profile music and corporate events. Your role will encompass the entire event planning process, from concept development to post-event evaluation. We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and creative individual who can seamlessly manage multiple projects while upholding the highest standards of quality.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and desires for each music event. Foster strong relationships with high-end clientele and artists.
- Event Planning: Take charge of end-to-end event planning, including budget management, artist selection, sound and lighting design, stage setup, and logistics coordination. Ensure events are executed within budget without compromising on quality.
- Vendor Relations: Identify and contract high-end vendors, including sound engineers, lighting experts, caterers, and security personnel. Manage vendor relationships to deliver top-tier services.
- Team Leadership: Assemble and lead a team of event professionals, including event coordinators, technical staff, and support teams. Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure seamless event execution.
- Timeline Management: Develop comprehensive event timelines and production schedules. Oversee all event timelines to ensure a smooth and timely execution.
- Quality Control: Maintain a steadfast commitment to excellence in every aspect of event execution. Conduct post-event assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements for future events.
- Crisis Management: Handle unforeseen issues or emergencies with poise and efficiency, finding solutions to ensure the event's success.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management, with a focus on high-end music events.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully organizing and executing high-profile music events.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
