This position reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the survey business, including the direction, coordination and safety of survey staff. Your New Role As a Survey Manager at Woolpert, you will: Manage client relationships and expectations to ensure successful survey project delivery. Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of survey projects, including budgeting, technical design, and subcontractor management. Collaborate with account management, business development, and operations teams to develop and implement best practice technical solutions. Supervise and mentor survey personnel, including performance management, skills assessments, and professional development. Preferred Skills and Abilities Registered Surveyor NSW Sound practical land survey experience in either geodetic or engineering surveying in support of the resource industry and infrastructure development. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Have a comprehensive understanding of best practice survey techniques and be thoroughly competent in the use of survey equipment and software systems. Comfortable advising, and consulting to, all clients and staff across a wide range of issues Ability to multitask and work independently Ability to liaise with all levels of staff and management Level up your career with Woolpert.
