Store Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to join our team as a Store Manager in Training. This role will provide an excellent opportunity for growth and development, with the chance to work closely with our experienced Store Managers and take on leadership responsibilities.
* Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team, coaching and mentoring staff, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective storytelling and product knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a retail, sales, or customer service environment, with previous experience in a team leadership, supervisory, or mentoring capacity. They will be passionate about people, performance, and retail, with a flair for storytelling and building genuine customer connections.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a sales team to achieve store goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Coach and mentor staff to develop their skills and confidence
* Contribute to stock control, cash handling, rostering, compliance, and store audits
* Champion our brand through impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of retail, sales, or customer service experience
* Previous experience in a team leadership, supervisory, or mentoring capacity
