About the Role
* The primary objective of this role is to provide strategic leadership in clinical education, training, and competency-based program development for registered nurses (RNs), enrolled nurses (ENs), carers, support workers, and allied health staff.
* You will assess the training needs and develop, deliver, and evaluate education programs that meet the requirements of key clinical risk areas, facilitate induction training for new staff, and ongoing professional development for existing staff, as well as support quality improvement initiatives by identifying training needs through audits, incident reviews, and feedback.
About You
We are seeking a passionate clinical leadership specialist who can design and deliver engaging education programs, mentor staff, and ensure best practice in clinical care and compliance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A registered nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration.
* Relevant post-graduate qualifications in education, gerontology, dementia care, or leadership.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
