Technical Services Manager Role
The incumbent of this position will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of the fleet. This full-time position reports to the Continuing Airworthiness Manager and involves providing technical support to optimize aircraft maintenance and modification processes.
This includes ensuring all aircraft are repaired and modified according to OEM and Part 21 instructions, as well as assisting the CAM with maintenance control of company aircraft and liaison with Part 145 MRO.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with the Continuing Airworthiness Manager to ensure effective technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Aircraft Maintenance Oversight: Oversee the repair and modification of aircraft to ensure adherence to OEM and Part 21 instructions.
2. Maintenance Control: Assist the CAM with maintenance control of company aircraft and liaise with Part 145 MRO.
Requirements:
* Licensed aircraft maintenance engineer with at least 10 years' experience.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in technical management within an airline or Part-42/Part-145 environment.
* Thorough knowledge of the Australian Civil Aviation Act and Regulations.
* Strong computer literacy and experience with MS Office suite and maintenance management software.
