Our graduate program is designed to help you step confidently into your career, with structured supervision, flexible caseloads, and access to experienced clinicians across a range of specialties. You'll be mentored, empowered, and given the tools to grow into a confident and capable practitioner.
What We Offer

Your First Six Months – Structured Support & Growth
* Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision and fortnightly peer supervision groups
* Initial shadowing period with experienced clinicians (Weeks 1–2)
Gradual caseload ramp-up:
* Months 1–2: Build up to 2–3 clients per week
* Month 3: Begin managing an independent caseload with senior support
* Month 6: Transition to a full caseload, with continued guidance

About You
* Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
* AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
* NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, valid driver's licence and access to your own Vehicle.
