Job Description Colliers is a leading global real estate professional services company with over 22,000 professionals. This role will be managing the day-to-day operation of the Microsoft 365 power platform and SharePoint Online.You will maximize the benefit of the platform and help drive adoption of the tools within the organization by developing and deploying sustainable scalable solutions. The role's primary focus is around ensuring that the business and clients can communicate and collaborate securely and effectively while also providing 3rd line support to the business and support teams. You will also develop incident response procedures and identify areas for improvement in existing processes.SharePoint Online is widely used throughout the organization. The Administrator will ensure the platform is running optimally by implementing governance and processes to improve user experience and maintain compliance. The Administrator will act as a subject matter expert to provide support to technology and digital marketing teams and end users.The role will report to the EMEA Head of Infrastructure and Operations and will work closely with other M365 engineers in Colliers.Key responsibilities:Administer and support SharePoint Online;Administer and support Power Platform - Focusing on Power Apps and Power Automate;Develop new Power Apps based on business requirements;Manage user access, optimize resources, and troubleshoot issues;Contribute and collaborate with the wider M365 team;Identify areas of continual service improvement;Stay up to date with emerging trends relating to your role.Requirements:3+ Years Experience managing a Microsoft 365 environment in a medium or large business;2+ Years Experience developing Power Apps solutions and SharePoint Administration;Familiar with ITIL service management - Incident, Problem, and Change;Proficiency in scripting, automation, and technical documentation;Excellent proficiency in English;Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Experience in any of the following would be beneficial:Dynamics 365;Power BI dashboards, Gateways;Azure, AWS, GCP.What we offer:Private healthcare with rehabilitation, additional days off for parents (6 days a year), cafeteria programme, and other benefits;Internal training program;Job in a company that cares about the sustainable development of the organization;Working in a company with the title of Best Employer 2017 and 2019 awarded by Kincentric (formerly AON) and Investor in Human Capital 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.Please apply with English version CV.
